Cookie Monster Strain
Cookie Monster is one of the few strains with a super impressive, rich, and flavorful lineage. After all, the hybrid is a cross between the ever-popular Girl Scout Cookies and Granddaddy Purple – two strains that are popular in their own right. Once you get closer, you’ll also be able to pick up on some faint hints of spice which is a testament to its grandparent, OG Kush. Flavor-wise, the cookie monster strain leans more towards GSC with fruity notes and a sweet vanilla undertone. The nugs are dense, sticky, and covered in a healthy layer of trichomes. They also have a deep purple hue which is a nod to its Granddaddy Purple parent with fiery orange hairs sprinkled throughout.
The high is a creeper, so be patient with it. You may not feel the effects immediately, but after about 15-20 minutes, you’ll start to feel a deep relaxation settle in. This is accompanied by a euphoric, trippy, and almost-dreamy state of mind.
